  • Describe the new survey process as it relates to Medical Directors and Attending Physicians
  • Discuss which current SNF trends will likely become a reality and which will not
  • Describe the new “Patient Driven Payment Model” as it relates to Medical Directors and Attending Physicians
  • Explain current evidence based management of COPD
  • Manage complex wounds in Skilled Nursing Facilities

The Membership Meeting and Board of Directors Meeting of the New York Medical Directors Association will be held at the LaGuardia Airport Marriott, Queens, New York on November 12, 2018.

Registration Fees (by check):

  • $200.00 for NYMDA members
  • $240.00 for non-members
  • After October 26, 2018: Add $50.00
  • On-site: Add additional $50.00
  • NYMDA Membership for 2018: $50.00

The registration fee includes all course materials, breakfast, lunch, coffee, and refreshment breaks.

Payment can be sent via check with registration form online or through event brite ticketing through November 5, 2018. Please note that purchasing a ticket with credit card through event brite will incur a processing fee.

Cancellation Policy: Fee will be refunded less $25.00 service charge (and any additional event brite fees for online registration) for cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the meeting. No refund after that date.

Hotel Registration: Please make reservations directly with LaGuardia Airport Marriott. Hotel registration is not included in conference registration.
